- 1 orange, peeled
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 6 ice cubes
- Juice orange and raspberries.
- Place orange and raspberry juice and remaining ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
