Vegetable & Rice Medley
- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen mixed bell pepper slices
- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen peas
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped onion
- 2 boxes (6 oz. each) chicken-flavored rice mix
- 3 cups hot water
- 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Combine all ingredients in the crock. Stir well.
- Cover and cook on preferred setting: Low - 4 to 5 hours, High - 3 hours
