Vegetable & Rice Medley

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen mixed bell pepper slices
  • 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup frozen chopped onion
  • 2 boxes (6 oz. each) chicken-flavored rice mix
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in the crock. Stir well.
  2. Cover and cook on preferred setting: Low - 4 to 5 hours, High - 3 hours

Course: Side Dishes

Yield: About 3 quarts
