Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries and Walnuts
Ingredients
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, halved
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 cup frozen cranberries
Directions
- In a large bowl, stir together vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Add Brussels sprouts and walnuts. Stir until Brussels sprouts are coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to cook.
- Stir cranberries into Brussels sprouts mixture. Add Brussels sprouts mixture to air fryer basket. Set air fryer at 375°F.
- Stirring every 5 minutes, cook 20 to 25 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Pour Brussels sprouts into serving bowl. Drizzle with glaze from pan.
Serves: 4-6
