Balsamic Glazed Brussels Sprouts with Cranberries and Walnuts

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 ½ pounds Brussels sprouts, halved
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries


  1. In a large bowl, stir together vinegar, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add Brussels sprouts and walnuts. Stir until Brussels sprouts are coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until ready to cook.
  3. Stir cranberries into Brussels sprouts mixture. Add Brussels sprouts mixture to air fryer basket. Set air fryer at 375°F.
  4. Stirring every 5 minutes, cook 20 to 25 minutes or until desired doneness.
  5. Pour Brussels sprouts into serving bowl. Drizzle with glaze from pan.

Serves: 4-6
