Berry Honey Cream Cheese Toast

  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 slices (½ to ¾-inch thick) artisan bread, toasted
  • ½ cup mixed berries (raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
  • 2 mint leaves, thinly sliced


  1. In a small bowl, stir cream cheese and honey until blended.
  2. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on one slice of toast.
  3. Top with half of the mixed berries and sprinkle with half of the mint.
  4. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Serves: 2

Cream cheese mixture can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
