  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Celery seed, to taste

  1. Cut potato in 1/4 x 1/4-inch pieces. Rinse cut potato in cold water to remove starch. Cover with fresh cold water, add 1 tablespoon salt, and stir until salt is dissolved. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Drain, rinse, and pat pieces dry with paper towels.
