Glazed Sweet and Spicy Nuts with Wasabi Peas

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 ½ cups mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup wasabi peas

Directions

  1. Line a cooling rack with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together sugar, corn syrup, sriracha sauce, kosher salt, and cayenne pepper until blended. Add nuts and stir until well coated. Pour into air fryer. Set at 350°F.
  3. Stirring every 4 minutes, cook 12 minutes or until nuts are toasted and glaze is golden.
  4. Spread nuts over parchment paper and let cool completely.
  5. Break pieces apart and stir in wasabi peas. Store in an airtight container.
