Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) matcha powder
  • ¼ cup hot water (176°F)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup warm milk

Directions

  1. Place a fine sieve or strainer over top of a wide bottom cup. Spoon matcha powder in sieve and sift into cup.
  2. Pour hot water into cup. Whisk until very frothy.
  3. Add honey and whisk until melted. Whisk in warm milk.
