Sweet Almond Chaffles recipe

  • 1/4 cup almond flour 
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar 
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded, part-skim mozzarella cheese 
  • 2 large eggs 
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract 
  • Confectioners’ sugar, for garnish  


  1. Preheat Petite Waffle Maker. 
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour and sugar. Add cheese, eggs, and almond extract and mix until well combined. 
  3. Place 3 tablespoons mixture onto waffle maker and cook for 2 minutes, or until golden brown. 
  4. Remove from waffle maker and garnish with a sprinkle of confectioners’ sugar. Serve immediately. 

Makes: 5 to 6 chaffles
