Air Fryer Salmon with Cucumber Lemon Dill Sauce

Ingredients

Lemon Dill Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped cucumber
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon coarse black pepper

Salmon:

  • 2 (6 ounces each) salmon fillets
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning or salt and coarse black pepper to taste.

Directions

  1. Cucumber Lemon Dill Sauce: In a medium bowl, stir mayonnaise, sour cream, cucumber, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Salmon: Spray bottom of air fryer with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange salmon fillets in an even layer. Brush salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
  4. Set air fryer temperature on 350°F.
  5. Turning halfway through, cook 10 to 12 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of fillet registers 145°F.
  6. Serve salmon with Cucumber Lemon Dill Sauce.
