Air Fryer Salmon with Cucumber Lemon Dill Sauce
Ingredients
Lemon Dill Sauce:
- 1/3 cup finely chopped cucumber
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon coarse black pepper
Salmon:
- 2 (6 ounces each) salmon fillets
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning or salt and coarse black pepper to taste.
Directions
- Cucumber Lemon Dill Sauce: In a medium bowl, stir mayonnaise, sour cream, cucumber, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Salmon: Spray bottom of air fryer with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange salmon fillets in an even layer. Brush salmon with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Set air fryer temperature on 350°F.
- Turning halfway through, cook 10 to 12 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of fillet registers 145°F.
- Serve salmon with Cucumber Lemon Dill Sauce.
