Asian Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/3 cup vegetables oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (1 1/2 to 1 3/4 pounds) pork tenderloin
- 5 Bok choy stalks, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
Directions
- In a medium bowl, stir together honey, oil, soy sauce, ginger, red pepper flakes, and garlic. Place pork, Bok choy, and green onions in a large plastic resealable bag.
- Pour marinade into bag and seal. Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning bag over once.
- Drain pork and vegetables. Discard marinade.
- Add pork to air fryer basket. Set temperature on 375°F.
- Stopping halfway through cooking time to turn pork, cook 25 to 30 minutes or until browned and internal temperature reaches 145°F when tested with a meat thermometer.
- Let pork rest on a cutting board.
- Meanwhile, add Bok choy and green onions to air fryer basket. Set temperature on 375°F.
- Cook 5 minutes, or until desired doneness.
- Slice pork and serve with vegetables.
