Sheet Pan Crispy Italian Fish with Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Italian dressing
- 6 ounces tilapia or other white fish fillet
- 4 ounces whole green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Directions
- Heat toaster oven to 425°F. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
- Brush top and bottom of fillet with Italian dressing and place in breadcrumb mixture. Turn to evenly coat both sides. Place on pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine green beans, olive oil, and remaining garlic powder. Arrange green beans around fillets in pan.
- Bake 17 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Serves: 1
This recipe was developed for a 4 slice toaster oven.
TEST KITCHEN TIP: To make 2 servings in a 6 slice toaster oven, double all ingredients and follow cooking time in Step 5.
